We will work closely with your team submitting to your Applicant Tracking System like Greenhouse or Lever, work in a shared Slack channel, or follow the process that works best for you.

Yes, we regularly fill multiple roles at an organization working in a direct hire model. Our talent team is able to source and handle interview volume of hundreds of candidates a week.
Q: DOES RECRUITING FROM SCRATCH RECRUIT FOR TEMPORARY POSITIONS?
We do not recruit for temporary positions.
Q: HOW DO WE FIND THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?
We begin by meeting with your team to help define the role.
- What skills and attributes must the candidate have?
- What projects will this candidate be working on?
- What is the tools or tech stack that the candidate must know?
We then screen each candidate for that particular role, and make sure they fit the criteria for the role.
Q: HOW LONG DOES THE RECRUITING FROM SCRATCH PROCESS TAKE?
The length of time it takes to send candidates to your team depends on the role you are looking to fill. We can send candidates the same day of signing the contract, within a few days, or within weeks.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES WORKING WITH RECRUITING FROM SCRATCH COST?
We work on a percentage of compensation model. We are happy to find a payment structure that works best for your team.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM UNSATISFIED WITH A CANDIDATE?
If a candidate does not work out at the company, we have a 90 day period where we will find a new candidate at no cost of you.
